After cold Columbus it was time to get some sun! I just love to stay in Santa Monica!

I arrived in the morning so best thing to do was to get down to Venice Beach...

...and have the best breakfast in town at Fig Tree. Actually did that everyday during my stay...

Eating big time again :) Oh, and the cheesecake is diet one, no sugar. Much better this way otherwise is too sweet for my taste...

Sunday evening was time to get some great food...and it was really good! The best part of this evening was invitation to one of Brazil's most spectacular cities, Rio de Janiero where will be new Arnold Expo in July 2013! WoW! Never been to South America before and I'm really looking forward!

I have to admit that I'm happy my first Arnold is over...the whole experience was amazing but I had a hard time presenting myself properly on stage as I didn't felt very good this time; I was exhausted and my blood pressure was so low I was just praying not to collapse at the prejudging...

Of course I felt much better in the finals as I had decent meal in between and filled up my muscles. And there was Arnold backstage, talking with us about the posing suits and stuff, OMG!

Unbelievable but true!

As you already know my preparations were far from perfect this time but I'm very happy I've managed to pull myself together and got into top 6! For me it's amazing result!

Today we had Meet&Greet the Athletes and we were extremely lucky as Arnold came from nowhere and joined our official meeting. He explained a bit of history around Arnold Classic and told us to enjoy the experience during the whole weekend, not just focusing on stage...

No matter how exhausted and hungry I feel I always enjoy traveling! And have plenty of food with me so I'll survive lol.

Shooting for ORF

I'm pretty much tired and not in my best mood, which is very normal for prep phase, but I had a good time shooting for Austrian ORF.

I did back workout, had interview and did new posing routine in front of the camera...and I'm quite happy with it as I had some unexpected obstacle with my choreographer...so will have to save my favorite song and funny routine for Ms.O later in September...

Pippi Longstocking was my favorite book while being young and I still have it on my bookshelf. Actually when I look back it seems that was not Cory Everson the first person who fascinated me with her amazing body and made me enthusiastic about bodybuilding; there was this little girl who was unbelievable strong and she could pick up a horse!


No worries, I’m not going crazy but we celebrate an old custom; it’s European thing, prosecution of the winter time and it looks like Halloween. I had a nice time and got some carbs too lol.

I was pushing myself very hard lately and ended up exhausted and overtrained. Getting back on “normal” track tomorrow and I’m really looking forward to experience the Arnold, this time not only as a visitor :)
