My Arnold Expo & Ms. International 2013

Yes I know I'm late but I'm finally back home. Was pretty lucky yesterday to get different flight because Europe is covered with snow...again.

OK, let me start on the beginning, ready for a long way to US...

While waiting till day D, I was not in the mood for shooting...or anything else lol
But afterwards I had my camera everywhere :)

This year Meet and Greet was not that busy as Arnold was not there. But I had a great company, winner of Ms. Fitness International Tanji Johnson, truly amazing athlete!

I got 4th place this year, so I'm climbing up the ladder :)

Got my gift the very next day! Yep, bodybuilders love to cook!

I made tons of photos at the expo but unfortunately not with my camera. Still I have these, with beautiful Michelle Cummings and funny Andy Haman :)
  

After-party was in new casino with lots of food and great music.
 

Had a big and tasty spicy dinner before that but I could't resist to try out the sweets...

  

There was a hat with balloons on each table...at the end of the party I had to wear one back to the hotel...and we had some fun with squeaky helium talk in the car :D

  

I don't have any photo from amazing seminar with Arnold on sunday morning but we did a photo shooting together later in the day...

Dubai part 2

I was so happy doing my cardio on a sunny and warm beach in the mornings. Usually it was very empty and it was simply amazing having a choice to run on the running track which goes around the beach and is 4km long (almost 2,5 miles); and it's real rubberized artificial running surface! Or maybe do some power walking on the soft sand and pick up some shelves on the way. Who could wish for more :)

During my stay I had great photo shooting with Mansion Studios http://www.mansion-studios.com/ and will share some of the photos soon :) Here is something "behind the scene", the outside shooting...

 

I always have to mention my special car who makes me happy and fast :) You definitely cannot miss me - if not because of the look, then because of the loud exhaust for sure :)

My trip ended up with one more Friday barbecue at my friends villa and I never had so much chicken and lamb in my life in one meal but eating that hot spicy meat directly from the gril was delicious! Later we had some corn and karak, the best one made by my best friend. Now I know the secret but it will have to wait till next barbecue time. A shot explanation: Karak is a concoction of black tea, condensed milk and generous amounts of sugar :) You can also ad spices like cardamom and saffron.

Leaving Dubai at rainy airport; sounds amazing, I had rain in the desert :)

I'm back home and back in the snow already but I'm doing good.

It's just dieting time again...

 

Anyway, my stay in Dubai was great and as always too short. I love the fact that I'm so welcomed in the gyms around with many great equipment. Something from Supergym... 

And my favorite Champions Complex Gym...

I get all the supplements and other necessary things for the gym at Muscle Mass shops in Dubai. I'm happy to have such a sponsor and I always reach great shape with the products!

And something more relaxing... It's time to show you my favorite shisha place. Local people say it has to be dirty otherwise is not a good shisha place. And you know what, they are right! For me shisha is the perfect way to relax in the evening. Sweet apple shisha tastes smooth and smells sweet. Yes, I sure do know that smoking is not healthy. Inhaling tobacco smoke, whether it's from shisha or cigarettes, is never going to be good for you. 





But at the end of the day it's just something I enjoy. I'm not a regular smoker but when I'm in Dubai I'll be fading into plum of scented smoke...

BTV 5: Venice

My usual stop after Ms. O where I enjoy relaxing in amazing apartment on the beach, waking up early in the morning and have a long walk from Venice Beach up to Santa Monica Pier (perfect cardio). After that I sit down into the sand and watch the waves, I could do that for hours... 






    














Gold's Gym Venice is a must. I love the fact that IFBB PRO's have free entrance because you have to have a workout at The Mecca if you are true BB :) This time I trained with Charles Glass and all I can say that I will be back to Venice very soon!

And the Muscle Beach of course :)
